CRACKER JERKY SHIPPING POLICY

Cracker Jerky proudly offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing: Orders are prepared and packaged before shipment. Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for order processing. Processing times may be longer during product launches, high-volume periods, holidays, or sold-out/restock events.

Standard Shipping: Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or there appears to be an issue with your shipment, please contact Cracker Jerky as soon as possible with your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the situation.
