Due to the nature of our food products, Cracker Jerky does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
